– Your artwork will be shipped one day after receipt and processing of your payment. A tracking number will be sent to follow the delivery of the item.
– It takes approximately 7-15 days for your artwork to be delivered, it might take longer depending on the location of both artist and purchaser.
– You may return the artwork within 7 days from the day of receipt. You will be responsible fro the packaging, shipping and insurance fees and you will be refunded the price after receipt of artwork, which should not be damaged.

– We reserve the right to cancel any order through our website due to unavailability.

– The order cannot be cancelled once a placement of order is made by email, or telephone and the monies are received.

– Our website uses its best efforts to present images of available works as accurately as possible.
– We cannot be responsible for discrepancies due to differences in internet browsers and computer screens that may cause differences in colors presented.
– We do our best to present approximately the size of an artwork to scale, it may not be an exact depiction.

If you breach our terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms, we may send formal warning, temporarily or permanently suspend your access to our website, block computers using your IP address from accessing our website, and contact any or all internet service providers and request that they block your access to our website.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance to British law. Any Dispute related to these terms shall be subject to jurisdictions of the courts of England.

When you sign up for our newsletter or register to our website to see prices, you are required to enter your name and email address. When you place an order, you are required to share with us your physical address to which the artwork will be shipped to help you with your experience and you are requested to make a transfer to our bank account for payment of the price of the artwork.
